(1) How do I track the progress of my orders ?

Once you’ve logged in, you can find the most updated tracking information for your orders here.

 

(2) Does my purchase come with a warranty ?

Skandik values customer purchasing experience – every shipped product is guaranteed by warranty to be safe and of high quality. For more information on our warranty policy, please see here.

 

(3) How do you charge your delivery ?

Skandik agrees to provide free shipping on all orders within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories if access to elevator is available. For more details about our shipping policy, please refer to here.

 

(4) How fast is express delivery ?

The items will dispatch from us within 5-8 working days upon order confirmation. Dispatch is when we send the product to our delivery partner. You will usually received your product within 8 to 30 working days.

 

(5) Is it possible to return order within 30 days?

Of course, we welcome any returned items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Make sure the products are in good conditions and that photos/videos of the damage, defect, or other issues and undamaged packaging are ready to be provided for our reference. (6) Do you provide any installation service?

Our prices do not include any installation services. All our products come with an assembling manual.

We also understand that building furniture is not for everyone. If you need help to assemble your furniture, you can contact our customer service at 3618 8076 (available at 10am–7pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) or support@skandik.co for more information. We'll be happy to get back to you with a solution!

 

(7) Can I have a fabric sample for reference?

Yes. You can order a free fabric sample pack easily by following the few steps below: 1. Create an account 2. Visit the free swatch sample page on our website and search for desired sample 3. Fill in personal details and click submit. Your chosen sample will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

 

(8) Will the carriers dismantle my old furniture ?

We don’t provide this service. So please make sure to clear up the area where you’d like your new furniture to be placed before the carriers arrive and set up your new furniture.

 

(9) Can I change my delivery address even if my items have dispatched ?

If your item(s) has been dispatched after receiving order confirmation, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist you with this.

 

(10) I have not heard from your delivery company for days after ordering, what can I do?

Our delivery partners should contact you within 3-5 working days after your order is being dispatched. If it's been more than 5 days, please contact us and our customer service team will look into the whereabout of the item for you.

In very rare cases, our trustworthy couriers experience a few hiccups or communication issues. If you still haven't been able to track it down, contact us and we'll be able to resolve this for you.

 

(11) How can I contact the delivery carrier ?

We'll send you an email with information of the delivery company that has your order once your items have been dispatched.

If you do not receive the email, you can also login to your account on Skandik.co and you will be able to see which carrier has your order. Contact information of the carrier will be attached as well.

 

(12) What if something’s broken or missing upon arrival ?

It’s unlikely to occur, but if it does, please get in touch with us at support@skandik.co to let us know. Our team will assess your complaint immediately and inform you of the procedures on returning the item(s) within 2 working days.

 

(13) How can I pay for my order ?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

 

(14) Are your products for commercial use ?

Our products are designed for residential use and we do not make any guarantees or warranties about their performance in a commercial environment.
